It's Christmas Eve - young Mary and Peter are being told stories of Christmases long past by their grandfather. Suddenly, out from the roof shoots their Christmas tree, until it reaches the sky. Before their eyes the Pied Piper appears with news that Horatio the Giant has stolen the essence of Christmas... Based on the story of the same name by Charles Dickens.
