Sam, a city dwelling single mother inherits a profitable piece of farm land from a grandfather she never knew. On the grandfather's deathbed, he tells Sam about a ship that crash landed on the farm before she was born, and that a deal was made to protect the ship's cargo. In return for protection; a notoriously ever producing farm regardless of drought or flood was the result.
