Animated holiday special featuring Lily Tomlin's precocious child alter-ego, Edith Ann. When Edith Ann tattles on her older sister Irene for getting a tattoo, Irene runs away after her parents become furious at her. Feeling guilty, Edith Ann must find a way to get Irene home before Christmas. Meanwhile, Edith Ann and her friends are busy producing the school holiday play, which is a benefit for a young shooting victim. Somehow Edith Ann manages to restore the holiday spirit at home and in Edgetown.

AJ and Rick decide to help Ginny, a little girl trying to locate her father. As they travel around the not very holiday like Las Vegas, they begin to develop and spread some Christmas cheer.
Oct.4 and Dec.26 the Strieber family drives from NYC to their cabin in the woods. Both nights there are some powerful lights outside and maybe aliens. The dad is mentally affected by the "bad dream", goes to the shrink and is hypnotized.
