After a few years in prison Stickan comes out and trying to re-adjust to society. He is approached by his old prison buddy Janne who is full of ideas how to get money without having to work.
There are only a handful of children living in Bullerbyn. This film follows their story through the fall and winter, picking up at the moment "The Children of Noisy Village" finishes.
