It's Christmas and the airport gang want to watch a movie but their traditional *It`s a Wonderful Life* is rented so they have to settle. Joe notices on his receipt a surcharge for rewinding "Sea of Love" and first calls to protest since he always rewinds tapes, then he goes in person to the video store. His rants get the rewind clerk, a matronly elderly woman, fired and she has a mild stroke. Joe finds out Lowell viewed the tape and did not rewind it, so his guilt leads him to the hospital room of the woman, only to find it full of family and friends. He pretends to be the latter, and leaves just as she awakens. We hear a bell ring and a family member makes the "angel getting his wings..." comment from Wonderful Life.
