Alice sends Ralph out for potato salad & while gone, Gleason pops in as is famous characters: Fenwick Babbitt, Joe the Bartender, The Poor Soul, Rudy the Repairman & Reggie Van Gleason III. Guests include: Jane Pickens, Cardenis The Juggler and the June Taylor Dancers.

Christmas commences with the usual bickering between Joey and Michael. Then both imagine alternate futures with everyone much aged except the judge who's exactly the same.
